Condie Home Services began in early 2024 after Chris unexpectedly lost his full-time job. Chris decided to turn his knack for fixing and improving spaces into a full-fledged business. With years of experience as the go-to handyman among family and friends, he brings a personal touch to every project he undertakes.

We specialize in a wide array of tasks such as, painting, TV mounting, picture hanging, curtain and blind installation, small household repairs and many more. Whether your project is big or small, we handle each job with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. You know those “handy” guys your friends and family always call for home projects? That’s been Chris most of his adult life. After he was unexpectedly laid off, he decided to turn that passion into his own business.  Now, he's the guy you can count on for any project - big or small. Since he has been working on projects for decades he has a good understanding of how and when projects should be done.  

Beyond the toolbox, he loves spending time with his wife and  two dogs. Born and raised in the metro - he is a huge Kansas City sports fan. So you'll likely find him with friends and family on most game days watching his home town teams. Hosting get togethers with his wife in their home is one of his favorite things – so they know how important it is to keep up with all those home projects! 

Chief Operations Officer

 Caitlin handles most of the behind-the-scenes projects, so Chris can focus on doing what he does best – keeping clients happy! Caitlin works full time as a meeting and event manager, which means she is extremely organized and likes to make sure things run smoothly at all times. So while you likely won’t see her on any projects (although around their home, she’s Chris’s best helper when he needs a pair of extra hands) you may see her pop up on social media or get an email from her from time to time. 

Chief Mischief Officers

The paws behind the pros at Condie Home Services! As the unofficial, official mascots, they take their job of napping on the job very seriously. Their daily duties include demanding cuddles, begging for treats, and ensuring  mom and dad stay entertained. They even sniff-inspect their dad for any new furry friends he might have made while out on the job. Although they sometimes feel a bit jealous, they love to hear about any new four-legged friends their dad encounters at his client’s homes.
